Returns policy

If you are not satisfied with your product(s) please inform us by emailing dancalebmusic@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product(s).

Please return the product(s) to Calebo, H26 Du Cane Court, Balham High Road, London, SW17 7JS, UK within 14 days of informing us:

If you are returning the product due to a style/size/colour issue, then you will be responsible for the cost of postage to return the product to us
If you are returning the product due to a fault then we will pay the cost for you to return the product to us. This will be reimbursed to you on top of the refund
Once we receive the product(s) back from you we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the products back. The funds should reach your bank account within 5 working days of the payment being processed
