Calebo are an introspective indie-rock/indie-folk band from London, UK.
Dan Caleb’s songwriting harks back to early 90s Seattle, evoking the spirit of bands like Pearl Jam and Nirvana, via the melodic and lyrical sensibilities of introspective songwriters such as Elliott Smith and Sufjan Stevens.
Georgia Maria, Rob 'Pilgrims' Dream' Ouseley, Roy Lubugumu and Felix White provide the driving backbone to Calebo’s infectious songs.
Calebo are renowned for their energetic live performances, having played sell-out shows at venues across London. The band has worked with engineers Andy Baldwin (Blur, Faith No More) and Mike Hillier (Kasabian, Rag'n'Bone Man) and debut album 'Kaleidoscopic Mind' was released in July 2023.
The song 'Breathe' was released in November 2024. Written in the aftermath of the tragic killing of George Floyd, Breathe is a song of reflection, an expression of solidarity and support.
The single 'Will We Ever Learn?' was released in October 2025. Written about the climate crisis, about feeling worried and helpless whilst also remaining positive and hopeful.. it's an upbeat song about the end of the world! It was championed on BBC Radio London by legendary DJ Gary Crowley.
